Etiquette

These pertain to the expectation of all interactions with me.

•    Initial contact made through email is my preferred method. You may expect professionalism and openness to deliver your desired vision.

•    All paid services MUST be secured with a deposit. This is NOT negotiable as, without a deposit, there is no guarantee of offering my services. This deposit must be paid no later than ten days after the rate quotation and the signing of the contract. Contracts MUST be signed by both I and the clients so as to protect both parties, in case of any eventualities. FULL payment of my services is expected, AT THE MOST, 3 days after services are rendered.

•     My clients’ privacy is very important to me. I am willing to sign non disclosure agreements.

•   Presentation is important to me. When interacting with clients, I shall be dressed impeccably and carry myself as such.  Time keeping will be prompt on my part.

• Mutual understanding is imperative when it comes to content creation for brands. Open, respectful communication is expected and in turn, shall be delivered from me

•       Due to COVID-19 I am currently NOT taking any makeup bookings as I live with a vulnerable person. I hope to resume this service in the future. Only time will tell!
