For me, being an influencer and a content creator are ways that I channel my creativity, share my life story and the way I live. Mindfulness is a strong theme in all that I do and it shapes the language and the tone I use when communicating with my audience. I champion a healthy sense of questioning all that is around us so we can all make better choices and in turn live better lives.
